Job Requirements
- A master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Big Data, Applied Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a closely related computational field.
- A first level university degree in combination with qualifying and relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
- The individual should be highly proficient in a range of PC/web applications, including but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
- At least 4 years of experience in data science and analytics, preferably in the health sector. Proven experience in designing infographics, data figures/charts, publications, PowerPoint presentations, country profiles, maps, web content and other data-driven products.
- Documented proficiency in both R and Python as well as data visualization tools (Shiny, Plotly, Streamlit, Tableau, Infogram).
- Experience conducting statistical analysis including interrupted time series (ITS) design and regression analysis.
Syria Partnership Compact Working Group Consultant
Job Requirements
- Masters or PhD in social sciences, public policy, education policy and/or international development policy or any other related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in education sector planning and policy formulation.
- Sufficient consultancy experience in undertaking education sector related research and development of compacts, preferably in developing countries including in the area of education in crisis and conflict.
- Experience in development of policy level documents, including related to financial analysis and costing.
- Experience in organizing and conducting national consultations and policy dialogue.
- Prior UNICEF and GPE compact development experience will be considered as an asset.
- Good understanding of the Syria education context.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Exceptional photo and editing skills

- Minimum academic requirement and field of expertise: Bachelor in communication, digital media or other related disciplines.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in digital communications, multimedia production and post-production, in an international organization and/or large corporation is required to be eligible for this role.
- Experience working as an Admin User in a Digital Asset Management system, eg Cortex/OrangeDAM by Orange Logic or other.
- Experience servicing research requests in multimedia library. Experience in providing client-facing support and training to users and business units.
- Experience in production environment, creating photo/video content and related metadata.
- Brand or visual identity policy development experience is highly desirable.
- Strong partnership building skills to effectively nurture relationships in a multicultural and de-centralized working environment.
- Ability to identify systemic issues, formulate opinions and make recommendations to resolve those issues.
